The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 163, dated 12.03.2026, under Sections 110, 115, 190, 191(3), 333, 351(3) and 117(2) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 308, 323, 149, 148, 452, 506 and 325 of IPC, 1860) (Section 117(2) of BNS/Section 325 of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat, Haryana. 2. This Court vide order dated 04.05.2026, while notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
