The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and further directing respondents No.2 and 3 not to allow/let respondents No.4 to 6 or anybody else to interfere with the liberty and life of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 29.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fazilka, Punjab, however no action has been taken on the same till date. 3.
