TRIBHUVAN DAHITYA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for setting aside the selection result dated 12.02.2026, Annexure P-4, for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Hindi against advertisement 52/2024, on the ground that the selection process followed by the Commission was in violation of law laid down by the Supreme Court in Mandeep Singh and others v. State of Punjab and others, 2025 INSC 834. 2. Learned counsel for the Commission submits that the petitioner participated in the selection process without objecting to it at any stage, and remained unsuccessful.
