Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.1 511 FAO-2215-2017 (O&M) Neelam Devi and others V/S Rajbir Singh and others Present: Mr. Narender Pal Bhardwaj, Advocate for the appellants. Ms. Kanchan Sindhu, Advocate for respondent No.2-Cholamandalam MS General Ins. Co. Ltd. **** Vide order dated 08.04.2026, learned counsel for the appellants states that he has not been able to contact the appellants for the purpose of settlement. On his request, notices were issued to the appellants to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, as per office report, notices issued to the appellants have been received back with the report that service upon appellant No.1 has been effected through second husband whereas notices issued to appellants No.2 and 3 have not been received back either served or otherwise. Despite intimation, there is no representation on behalf of appellant No.1. Today, learned counsel for the appellants submits that since he has no instructions from the appellants till today, this case may be consigned to record room.
