As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellant(s), the enhanced amount be paid to the appellant(s). The appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Thousand Only) in the name of appellant(s) with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within six weeks from today, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment shall follow on the said amou
