The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to extend the services of the petitioner after attaining the age of superannuation i.e. 58 years in view of the policies issued by the respondents. Further, to regularize the services of the petitioner as from 20.01.2009 she is serving as ANM MPHW (Female) in the respondent-department but despite the considerable length of the service, till date, her services have not been regularized. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
