The petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondents no.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents no.5 to 11, as the said respondents have forcibly and illegally trespassed into the plot in question with the help of police force and now time and again they are threatening the petitioner even without complying with the orders dated 9.12.2024 passed by this Court. Further, directions have been sought to respondents no.1 to 4 to decide representation dated 22.4.2025 sent through e-mail. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withd
