By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.37 dated 10.04.2025, under Sections 105/238 BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Phagwara, District Kapurthala. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the present FIR was registered on the statement of complainant Krishna Devi alleging that her husband Buta Ram had gone for work on 09.04.2025 and later an unknown person informed her through a phone call that her husband had died and his dead body was lying behind a Petrol Pump near Sukhchainana Gurudwara Sahib. The complainant suspected co-villager Navjot Singh @ Manjot @ Jota (present petitioner), alleged to be a drug addict, along with his companions, of causing the death of her husband.
