This petition for bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.183 dated 25.05.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 15(C), 27A and 29 of and 318(4), 341(2) of , Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘SI Prem Singh’ who had reported that on 25.08.2025 at about 08:00 A.M. when he was leading a team of police officials he received a tip-off, from a reliable source, ‘Bachittar Singh’ and ‘Yadvinder Singh’ were involved in the trading of narcotic substance.
