(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.816 dated 30.12.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 61 (2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, Police Station HTM Hisar. 2. In nut-shell, the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Ishwar’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the above named complainant that on 30.12.2025, three young persons came on motorcycle in front of his house and fired gun-shots, but he narrowly escaped from being shot. 3.
