In this appeal filed under Section 374 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the sole accused in SC No. 63/2014 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, assails the judgment CRL.A. 877/2016 2. The prosecution case is that on 12.09.2013 at about 03.30 p.m., the accused kidnapped PW4, a minor aged about 16 years, from her residence, that is, House No. 7/396, Trilok Puri, Delhi and took her to a village in Bihar. It is further alleged that between 12.09.2013 and 22.09.2013, the accused raped PW4. Hence, as per the charge-sheet/final report, the accused was alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366A, 376 IPC and Section 4 of the PoCSO Act
