The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-4793-2025, titled as ‘Devender and another vs. State of Haryana and others’. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, as the Writ Court order dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) stands duly complied with.
