The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of the impugned order dated 09.02.2026 (Annexure P-5) passed in NACT/504/2021 instituted on 31.05.2021 whereby the application under section 348 of BNSS (Section 311 of Cr.P.C) moved by the petitioner for cross examination of complainant has been dismissed. 2. Brief facts of the present case are that the complainant, Sunil Dutt, instituted a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the petitioner bearing Complaint No. NACT/504 of 2021 before the Court of learned JMIC, Kurukshetra. Upon service of notice, the petitioner appeared before the learned Trial Court and the trial commenced. Thereafter, on various dates, the petitioner sought exemption from personal appearance/adjournments, which were duly allowed by the learned Trial POONAM NEGI 20
