As the petitioner did not cooperate with the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail was withdrawn. Apparently, there is no final adjudication of the anticipatory bail petition on merits by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal to decide the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner on merits.
