The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-2741-2021 and connected matters, which was further affirmed by Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 17.03.2025 passed in LPA No. 153-2024 and connected case. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the State has preferred SLP (Civil) Diary No(s).10782-2026 against judgment dated 17.03.2025 whereby liberty was granted to the petitioner to apply for adjournment of the contempt proceedings. 3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of above mentioned SLP (Civil) Diary No(s).10782-2026. 5.
