The present revision petition has been filed raising challenge to the Award dated 16.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rohtak, whereby compensation of Rs.3,000/- along with interest @ 9 % per annum from the date of claim petition till realization has been granted to the claimant/respondent No.1. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company has stated that Insurance Company does not want to pursue this appeal and, hence, the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
