The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.319 dated 03.08.2024, under Sections 110, 115, 190, 191(3), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 190, 191(3) of BNS has been deleted and Section 3(5) of BNS has been added later on), registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak, (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
