Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that after filing of the present writ petition, there are new developments, which are required to be placed before this Court along with certain additional documents, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action. 3.
