It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.61 dated 26.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar. 2.
