The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 02.12.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-18365- 2025 whereby this Court passed the following order:- “1. Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Advocate has placed on record a print out of communications dated 01.09.2025 whereby it has been intimated that the disputed amount of Rs.175/- has been put on hold and Paytm Payment Bank has been requested to defreeze the account. The relevant extract of the communication is reproduced hereunder:- “.........The disputed amount of Rs.175/- has been put on hold in Mr. Narender Pal’s Paytm Payments Bank account, and an email has been sent to the concerned bank requesting the account to be unfrozen. The petitioner contacted via email, and a notice under Section
