Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that against the judgment dated 21.01.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, of which the contempt is alleged, United India Insurance Company Limited has filed Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.14268- 14269/2026 and in the said case, notice has been issued and the execution of the impugned judgment has been stayed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same or file fresh contempt petition in case any cause survives after the decision in the said Special Leave to Appeal. 3.
