Briefly, the allegations of the prosecution are that the present FIR has been registered on the basis of complaint moved by complainant Raj Kumar alleging therein that the petitioner alongwith co-accused assured the complainant that they would send his son and daughter-in-law abroad and, on that pretext, received an amount of Rs.15,79,750/- from him.
