(Oral) This petition is the second petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.219 dated 17.05.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 107, 115(2), 351 (2) and 3 of , Police Station Kurukshetra University, District Kurukshetra Haryana. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Suman Dahiya’ hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the abovenamed complainant that her husband was having some financial dispute and therefore, he left the house about two years ago and was not traceable. According to complainant 10-12 days before the incident, he threatened the complainant on phone, and that on 17.05.2024 at about 02:50 PM
