The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned temporary headquarter shifting order dated 19.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) in view of letter dated 19.11.2025 (Annexure P-4). Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to shift the petitioner at his original place of posting immediately and the period spent at his temporary place of posting may not be counted in the prescribed period of tenure at his original place of posting. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents-Corporation at the outset submits that the temporary orders have been withdrawn, however, learned counsel for the petitioner s
