The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-1351-2025, titled as ‘Lal Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others’ whereby the respondents are restrained from taking any action regarding re-fixation of pay pursuant to the orders dated 10.09.2024 and 24.09.2024 impugned in the writ petition. 2. Compliance Report dated 20.04.2026 filed by way of affidavit of Ms. Manita Malik, Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the State refers to page Nos. 5 to 7 of the aforesaid Compliance Report dated 20.04.2026 to submit that in compliance of the Writ Court order (Annexure P-1) arrears of pension have been duly disbursed to all the 03 petitioners. As such, nothing survives in the present petition. R
