The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to remove water logging which occurred in their agricultural fields due to heavy rainfall in 2025. They are further seeking direction to respondent No.2 to constitute a team to survey the damage caused to crops and immediately conduct a special Girdawari (field-level crop loss) in the affected khasras of villages of Kalanaur and Jindran Kalan as well as grant compensation to the tune of minimum Rs.15,000/- per acre. 2.
