This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner by making phone calls and by calling him to the police station in enquiry of a complaint bearing No. 8566/S/SSP dated 31.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) by respondent No. 4 against the petitioner. It is also prayed to submit status report of enquiry of complaint bearing No. 8566/S/SSP dated 31.12.2019. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel, upon instructions, submits that the aforesaid complaint (Annexure P-1) as well as the application filed by the petitioner in CWP-7782-2023 (Annexure P-5) has been consigned/filed and no FIR has been registered. 3.
