Petitioner seeks direction to respondent to ensure his protection of life and liberty and to restrain them from illegally harassing and threatening him in any manner, whatsoever. 2. When asked, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner had received some threatening calls on his mobile. 3. A careful perusal of the present petition would indicate that the petitioner has neither revealed his own mobile number nor has he provided the numbers from which such calls, as alleged, had originated. 4. Secondly and more importantly when asked, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, at the moment he is residing somewhere in Lajpat Nagar.
