The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023 (482 Cr.P.C) seeking quashing of order dated 06.03.2026 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Rewari in CRA-128-2026 titled as Narinder Singh Vs M/s. Dagar Trading Company whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit the 20% of the amount awarded by the trial Court within a period of 60 days failing which the order of suspension of sentence shall be vacated and to waive of the condition of depositing 20% of the compensation amount. 2.
