Present Second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR 72 dated 14.03.2025, under sections 318(4), 319, 336(3), 338, 340, 61 of BNS (Section 13 of BNS was added lateron), registered at Police Station Hisar Civil Line, Hisar, Haryana. 2. First bail petition filed by the petitioner bearing CRM-M- 36620-2025, was withdrawn on 05.03.2026. It is noticed that petitioner is arrayed as an accused in a total of 31 cases of a similar nature. Despite this, and without waiting for a sufficient period to elapse, present petition has been filed on similar grounds. 3.
