The present appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.6195 of 2026 as well as for setting aside the Fard Badar No.2 dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) and Mutation No.939 dated 16.06.2026 (Annexure P-5) and for grant of stay of dispossession from property in question. 2. Learned Senior counsel for the appellants submits that writ petition filed by the petitioner has been disposed of with a direction to avail the remedy of appeal against the order of ‘Fard Badar’ however, the appellants have already filed representations with the Financial Commissioner (Revenue) Panchkula, Haryana, Deputy Commissioner, Rewari and Sub-Divisional Officer/SDM, Bawal,
