This is the third petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.198 dated 16.08.2025 under Sections 17C, 27A, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Ding, Sirsa. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.56195-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 15.01.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer almost after 04 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
