TRIBHUVAN DAHITYA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for setting aside the result of the Subject Knowledge Test, dated 08.11.2025, for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Defence Studies against advertisement 46/2024, on the ground that the selection process followed by the Commission was in violation of law laid down by the Supreme Court in Mandeep Singh and others vy. State of Punjab and others, 2025 INSC 834. 2. Learned counsel for the Commission submits that the petitioner participated in the selection process without objecting to it at any stage, and remained unsuccessful. He has approached the Court long after conclusion of the process. This Court has already dismissed a similar petition,
