Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the third party objectors are delaying the proceedings. It is further submitted that on 27.01.2026 when the case was fixed for evidence of third party objector, he moved an application for consolidation of cases to which on the next date itself the petitioner/decree holder filed a reply. It is, however, submitted that more than six dates have passed by, but the said application has not been decided.
