In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-72591-2025 1. This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 6 for ensuring a fair, complete and impartial investigation in FIR No.0177 (Annexure P-2) dated 22.07.2025, under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC at Police Station Sadar Narnaul, District Mahendargarh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation Annexure P-3. 3. Without adverti
