The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioners Assured Career Progression (ACP) on completion of their 04 years and 09 years of service and to release all consequential monetary benefits to them along with interest @ 18% per annum on the delayed payment from the date the amount became due till its actual realization. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have also submitted their respective representations dated 29.01.2026 (Annexures P-5 & P-6) to the respondents which are still pending consideration.
