Plaintiff filed suit seeking decree of permanent injunction restraining defendants from interfering in his lawful possession over the suit property as detailed out in the plaint. 3. As per the case of the plaintiff, the suit property, i.e. two shops forming part of khasra No. 243 min situated within the municipal limits of Kaithal are owned and possessed by him. Plaintiff purchased the same vide registered sale deed dated 27.06.2005 from Rajesh s/o Jogi Ram, who was owner in possession of the suit property on the strength of registered sale deed dated 27.04.1988. 4. His vendor was declared to be owner in possession vide Civil Court decree dated 14.09.1983 passed in Civil Suit No.721/83 titled as Rajinder vs. Hawa Sin
