GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0196, dated 12.10.2020, under Sections 279, 337 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sector-34, Chandigarh along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 03.11.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
