Prayer in the present Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is for setting aside the impugned order dated 06.03.2026 (Annexure P-2), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Batala, whereby respondent No. 1 was proceeded against ex parte. 2. Brief facts of the case are that Bachan Singh son of Jawant Singh has filed a suit for possession against the present petitioner and others. Notice of the said suit was issued to the present petitioner. As per the interim order dated 28.11.2025 (Annexure P-3), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Batala, it stands recorded that counsel for respondent No. 1 had appeared and stated at the Bar that respondent No. 1 had expired
