BR Constructions and others under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B of IPC, which is pending for dated 20.05.2026, may kindly be decided expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of filing of CRM-M-64954- 2024 titled as Mukesh Singh Vs.
