TRIBHUVAN DAHTYA, J(ORAL The petition has been filed inter alia for setting aside the speaking order dated 24.12.2024, Annexure P-15, whereby the petitioner’s claim for deployment as Para-Teaching Associate/TGT Hindi in District Jind or Rohtak through the respondent/Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) has been rejected, by observing as under: That again the office of HKRNL has written a letter on 16.12.2024 to the O/o Director Elementary Education, Haryana with the request to share the updated status of the indent, for absolute clarity on present vacant positions available for the post of TGT (Hindi) as HKRNL is in the process of executing the indent for TGT (Hindi). In reply to that O/o Director Elementary Education, Haryana has written letter on 17.12.2024 that all the posts were already filled
