As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount is to be paid to appellant No.1. Accordingly, we dispose of the present appeal with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for an amount of Rs.3,50,000/-(Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), in the name of appellant No.1-Mukesh Kumar with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of 08 weeks from today, in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on the above-said amount till payment from the dat
