The present revision petitioner/tenant laying challenge to the eviction order 13.03.2019 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Kaithal whereby the eviction of the petitioner from the demised premises was ordered. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the entire dispute stands settled between the parties by way of Compromise Deed dated 14.05.2026, as per which the petitioner-tenant has undertaken to vacate the demised premises on or before 15.08.2026. A photocopy of the aforesaid Compromise Deed dated 14.05.2026 handed over is taken on record. Both the parties who are present in person have also admitted the factum of compromise and furnished photocopies of their Aadhar Cards duly identified their respective counsel.
