Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the official respondents to reconsider the promotions made to the post of Headmasters under Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspection Cadre) Group-A Srevice Rules, 2018 as under the garb of regularization of services, undue benefit cannot be granted to the persons, who are merely appointed on contract basis against unsanctioned posts of School Education Department. 2.
