Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s application has been rejected on the ground that alleged place of incident does not fall within jurisdiction of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (for short ‘Nigam’). There is no other ground to reject her claim and she is entitled to compensation as per policy dated 15.07.2019. 3.
