GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.56, dated 19.05.2020, under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
