The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to grant interest on the delayed grant of capital subsidy of Rs.19,60,000/-. 2. This is second round of litigation. The petitioner is an industrial unit operating under the name and style of ‘M/s P.M. Pipes Pvt. Ltd.’. It vide letter dated 25.10.2022 applied for incentive in the form of assured capital subsidy under the state industrial policy. The respondent vide letter dated 04.07.2003 granted capital subsidy subject to the funds of the state as well as seniority and operation of the unit.
