By way of present petition writ petition, prayer has been made for directing the respondents to expeditiously consider and dispose of the petition/application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short ‘the 1894 Act’) preferred at the instance of the petitioner. [2]. Learned State counsel submits that Reference Petition under Section 28-A of 1894 Act filed at the instance of the petitioner/landowner stands decided vide order dated 17.04.2026 passed by the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Gurugram. [3]. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is disposed of having become infructuos. [4]. Pending application(s), if any shall a
