Through the instant writ petition, a challenge has been laid to the order dated 06.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Maintenance Tribunal-respondent No.2, under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act of 2007’), and also the order dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-3), issued by respondent No.3. 2. Concededly, the impugned order is appealable under Section 16 of the Act of 2007, and the petitioner has approached this Court, without availing such remedy. 3. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition, and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
