The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking expeditious adjudication of PWA No.48/2018, titled as ‘Narender Kumar vs. Sehgal Transport Services Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.,’ which is pending adjudication before the Labour Court-07, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi. 4.
